Customised Underground mine process water filters fully monitored, automated and self-cleaning with the ability to filter to 40um and reduce loads on downstream filters such as longwall bag filters. Bag filter usage can be reduced by as much as 85% with this filter installed upstream.
The skid mounted arrangements assist for ease of transporting or relocating the filters around the mine.
Easy to relocate and position, full remote monitoring and control capability, up to 100 hours of continuous run time before refuelling is required. This trailer has in built self-priming, flow and pressure monitoring, VSD drives allow for media blending capability with other system supply feeds.
Pump Design can feature (Duty / Standby or Duty / Duty) arrangements.
The trailer is VIN registered with electric brakes, stabiliser supports for leveling, communications are solar charged with battery storage and UPS back up. An HMI is supplied to allow for local control and adjustment as well as remote dial in capability.
WGR can also offer fixed skid arrangements and borehole leachate pumping systems and well as Solar remote and battery backup systems.
